Terms and Conditions

Age requirements anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using the leisure facilities.

Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted to use the thermal suite or gym area.

Cancellation policy is 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

Health conditions your wellbeing is our priority, so please advise us of any health conditions, recent operations, allergies or injuries when making your spa booking, as a doctor’s note may be required.

Under 16's need to be accompanied by a legal guardian who will need to be present in the treatment room, and the guardian will be required to sign the consultation form.

Consultation form is required to be completed for each treatment prior to treatment start time.

Pregnancy 12 weeks plus for any treatments.

Male/Female Therapists:

The Spa at Marine North Berwick employs both male and female therapists & guests may have a therapist assigned based on availability.

Patch tests are required 48 hours in advance of any tinting.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests all spa treatments/packages require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice of cancellation.

Groups of 6 people or more are subject to a seven-day cancellation policy, after which time full charges will be applicable. Should you need to cancel a scheduled appointment or an individual treatment less than 72 hours beforehand, you will be charged in full.
